Simon is a Partner in Dispute Resolution & Litigation and heads Pinsent Masons LLP Corporate Defence and Regulatory Group with a specialist interest in health & safety and product liability. His experience also encompasses a wide range of regulatory law, general commercial litigation, liability advice and dispute resolution, as well as judicial review.


Having previously studied medicine at Cambridge University and qualified as a doctor, Simon is uniquely placed to cover all safety or health related aspects of disputes and regulatory matters.
