Welcome

Carnegie Faculty has a proud tradition that can be traced back over 100 years to the Carnegie College which was based on what is now our Headingley Campus.

During the first few weeks at Carnegie all new students attend a one week residential experience in the Lake District where they are taught team work, leadership and introduced to the academic skills they need throughout their career here. One student described it as "One of the best experiences of my life. I've done so many new things and formed such close friendships with my class mates."

Students benefit from a unique opportunity to work with our local, national and international partners in education and voluntary services. They also take advantage of volunteering opportunities and make a significant contribution to children's lives within the local community and across the world.
