INTENSIVE SHORT COURSE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A 10-evening or 1-week full-time course aligned with the Association for Project Management (APM) 'Body of Knowledge'. Delegates may go forward to undertake the Association's Professional Examination (APMP).

INTRODUCTORY CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This 3-day course is intended to prepare participants for the Association for Project Management Introductory Certificate in Project Management examination which will be held on the last afternoon of the course.

PROJECT PLANNING COURSES
We are delivering a sequence of Project Planning courses in 2013/14. These courses will establish the principles behind project planning and tracking which will then be applied using Microsoft Project ™. [ click for more info... ]

PRINCE2® COURSE
This is a 5-day course which includes a certified Foundation and Practitioner examination. We will also be delivering the APMP for PRINCE2 Practitioners in 2013/14.

BSc(HONS) PROJECT MANAGEMENT: FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME ROUTE
An honours degree available over 4 years with a sandwich placement year. A fast track full-time route lasting 1½ years is available to candidates with an HNC, HND or substantial experience and completion of an in house Access Course. The part-time route is 3 years with entry requirements of an HNC, HND or substantial experience and completion of an in house Access Course. The part-time course is delivered monthly with attendance one Sunday a month. Topics covered include: Human Resources; Planning; Decision Making; Negotiation; a Dissertation and Major Project. MSc
The MSc Project Management is available as a two year part-time (one evening per week and occasional full day) or one year full-time. A Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma are also available. This course is aimed at practising project managers at any stage in their careers, who are looking to build on their experience in a way that embraces and challenges the student.

MSc STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Seeks to explore the strategy interface between projects and strategy delivery. Module topics include: PMSkills; Strategy; Project Futures; People in Projects; Innovation & Entreprenuership; Masters Thesis. It takes a practical research based approach that encourages the student to bring issues from the workplace, making the course directly relevant. Part-time or full-time.
