The recent recession has had an impact on businesses from SME organisations to large enterprises. In response to this economic downturn, Leeds Metropolitan has started a scheme to help your company move forward by matching graduates to your business needs and priorities.
Benefits for your business
You will be part of the selection process and choose a graduate who best suits your requirements. Graduates come from a range of different disciplines and you can choose candidates based on their qualifications, career aspirations and overall suitability for your company. They can make a significant practical contribution to your organisation bringing knowledge, energy and new skills to your business.
One of our Business Enhancement Scheme staff will provide continuous support, with further involvement from one of our highly skilled academics in your specific area of business.
