Black Dyke Band
Black Dyke Band, which this year is celebrating its 150th anniversary, is currently the holder of the European and British Open Championship titles. Each year the band, based in Queensbury, near Bradford, plays to over 50,000 people throughout this country and internationally. The band recorded the theme tune for BBC TV’s popular series Ground Force and was listed in the Sunday Times’ Top 1,000 Music Makers of All Time.
