Associate Lecturer, Landscape Architecture and Garden Art & Design

Sandra Ashton, is a part-time lecturer in Landscape Architecture and Garden Art & Design, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Society of Garden  Designers. Her responsibilities lie in teaching, learning and assessment in an non research post; she has been Year One Coordinator for a number of years. She has reseach experience in the area of urban forestry (non-technical) and how human behaviour is influenced by it's cross disciplinary reaches. She has experience of overseas conference presentation and organisation and has undertaken private garden design work.
