Biography

Marilyn Elm is course leader for the courses Diploma and Certificate in Garden Art & Design which are taught at RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate. Marilyn also teaches on the Landscape Architecture and Garden Design courses based in Leeds. As a qualified landscape architect and interior designer, she has worked in local government, new town and private practice. She has extensive experience as a lecturer and a special interest in garden history, and is a founder member of The Yorkshire Gardens Trust.
