Transport
Consideration needs to be given on how you are going to get from your residence to your campus.
In our descriptions of our various flats and halls we have included a guide for expected travelling times, walking, cycling and bus.The majority of our flats and halls are within walking distance with some being better suited to one campus than another. If you are feeling energetic and want to walk from one side of town to the other that's your choice but most students take advantage of the excellent bus routes.
Limited parking is available at certain halls by permit only. You need to apply for this in advance. There are parking restrictions in place on campus and we advise where possible not to bring your car to university as there are plenty of other means of transport available.
