How To Apply

To apply for University accommodation simply complete the Online Application.

Eligibility

You will only be eligible to apply for accommodation once you have accepted a conditional or unconditional offer on a full time course for the academic year 2012/13. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from when you accept your offer via UCAS for our system to then update with your status.

If Leeds Metropolitan University is your reserve choices then you must wait until you have accepted the offer before you can apply for University accommodation. If you are entering the University through clearing then you can apply for University accommodation as soon as you have been allocated a student ID number.

Application Dates

Our booking system is open for online applications at the following times of year:

UK students: 1st Feb - 1st Jun 
International students: 1st Feb - 1st Jul

Semester one students only: 1st Feb - 1st Jun
Semester two students only: Oct/Nov - Jan

Deposit

A £200 deposit is required to book your place in University accommodation. This is refundable after the end of the tenancy subject to any deductions for damage.

Payment of your deposit is required within 10 days of your application which will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not received by the due date. You must print off the remittance advice, complete the necessary information and return this with your payment.

Cancelations

If you cancel your Online Application before signing your contract or you are not accepted onto your course your deposit will be refunded in full. Once you have signed your contract your deposit will not be refunded unless the room is re-let before the start of the contract. Please see cancellations for details.
